💼 About This Role

You'll support small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey on Brex Empower, blending customer empathy and project management to drive seamless adoption. You'll develop product knowledge and sharpen your skills in a hybrid role based in Vancouver.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, managing agendas and action items.
• Configure Brex to address customer business needs.
• Assist with spend migrations and end user adoption during deployment.
• Deliver change management templates and lead training sessions.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or consulting.
• Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
• Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.
