Description

You will lead the infrastructure and real assets strategy at StepStone Group, working with a global team to originate and execute primary fund investments, co-investments, and secondary opportunities. You'll also support client management and business development activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years in banking, asset management, or consulting with infrastructure focus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics
• Client management experience
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage manager relationships and market monitoring
• Lead due diligence for primary fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries
• Originate and execute investment opportunities
• Support client management and business development activities
• Train and develop Analyst and Associate resources
