You'll bridge the gap between execution and impact for Cresco Labs in Ohio, leading Brand Field Representatives and managing in-store performance. This role ensures high-quality activations and data-driven insights to drive retail success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach Brand Field Representatives in accounts.
• Oversee capture of marketing execution metrics (ISAs, GWPs, etc.).
• Create monthly recaps with unique market insights.
• Analyze KPI data to identify trends by rep, market, and account.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years related industry or marketing experience.
• Local travel ~50-70% including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cannabis trends and industry preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with on/off premise marketing initiatives.
• Experience with Repsly or similar field reporting tools.
• Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts.
