Description

You will lead international trade compliance strategy for Anduril's Maneuver Dominance team, ensuring compliance with U.S. and global export regulations while balancing business priorities. You'll design controls plans, oversee export authorizations, and guide cross-functional teams on dual-use technology development.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience managing international trade regulations (e.g., Australia, EU, U.S., UK)
• 10+ years in product development, defense technology, or defense contracting
• 5+ years experience in trade compliance or international trade controls
• Understanding of software and hardware engineering principles
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Embed with program staff to develop and maintain controls for commercial dual-use and export controlled technology
• Partner with senior leadership to translate trade compliance goals into organizational priorities
• Design and implement trade compliance policies, protections, and infrastructure to meet schedule objectives
• Drive consistent export classification processes and develop classification decision rationale and methodology
• Oversee export authorizations and ensure compliance with license scope and conditions
