Description

As a Billing Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, resolving issues like discrepancies and account adjustments while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, billing, or accounts receivable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for billing and payment inquiries via cases and phone.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and account adjustments.
  • Create credits and update customer balances following approval policies.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Collections to resolve concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information in financial systems.
