You will run the day-to-day operations of the Technology Staff Augmentation business, managing clients, projects, and a team of engineers. Your role is global in scope, focusing on growing the business and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development industry and modern AI tools
• Prior hands-on experience in software development
• Experience working with global clients, especially in North America and Europe, including senior executives
• Experience running day-to-day operations of a large team of engineers
• Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of Staff Augmentation teams, including escalations, people management, invoicing, and client relations
• Forecast, plan, and hire engineers with the right skillsets for client requirements
• Manage end-to-end processes from onboarding to resignations and contract extensions
• Build hiring strategies based on industry and client trends
• Act as point of contact for clients, including CxOs, handling requirements and escalations
