You'll lead daily 2nd shift manufacturing operations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. You'll ensure production goals are met through staffing, training, and quality standards. Partner with HR on recruiting and performance management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and supervise daily manufacturing activities on shift
• Ensure staff are qualified and appropriately trained
• Engage employees by sharing performance metrics
• Champion continuous improvement and 5S principles

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of lead/supervision/management experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to use basic Microsoft Office and computer

• Licensed to operate material handling equipment
