You'll lead the autonomy stack for next-gen UAVs powering public safety solutions. Your work directly enables real-time situational awareness for over 600 agencies, saving lives through technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical direction and architecture of autonomy stack
• Design and implement algorithms for perception, navigation, and controls
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions
• Oversee delivery of autonomy features and releases

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years developing autonomy or robotics systems
• 3–5+ years in a technical leadership role
• Proficiency in C++ and Python for real-time production code
• Deep technical strength in at least one autonomy domain (e.g., SLAM/VIO)

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise spanning multiple autonomy domains
• Experience with ROS, PX4, or MAVSDK
• Background in fault-tolerant or safety-critical systems
