Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Family Medicine or Med/Peds residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• State licensed in CA before start date
• Graduated from an accredited Medical School

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conducting in-office and telehealth visits
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues
