💼 About This Role

You'll lead the product vision for logistics and fulfillment systems at Thrive Market, a mission-driven e-commerce company. You'll drive strategy and execution for last-mile delivery, carrier integrations, and warehouse management, impacting how millions of members receive orders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for logistics and fulfillment systems.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies and translate them into requirements.
• Lead agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Communicate roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain systems (WMS, OMS, TMS, last-mile delivery).
• Experience working with 3PL partners, carrier APIs, and fulfillment center operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
