You'll join Deel's all-in-one HR and payroll platform to drive top-of-funnel growth for global teams. You'll generate qualified opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, directly contributing to revenue performance in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients.
• Create and execute outreach sequences including email campaigns and cold-calling.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a sales development or business development role.
• Fully proficient in Dutch.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline-generation targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
