You'll own the narrative and brand strategy for a healthcare advocacy startup defining a new category. You'll ensure clarity and trust across all touchpoints while building a brand that compounds growth. This hybrid role reports to the VP of Marketing and works directly with Co-Founders.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own positioning, messaging hierarchy, and voice
  • Define the category through press, op-eds, and conferences
  • Lead brand campaigns from brief to measurement
  • Review all external-facing materials for brand consistency
  • Translate brand strategy into growth and performance metrics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in brand, spanning early-stage and scale-up
  • A portfolio proving taste in consumer brands
  • Writer-first ability to draft manifestos, headlines, and press quotes
  • Obsessive about craft and detail (e.g., pixel-perfect wordmarks)
  • Bias toward action and comfort with intense feedback

  • Healthcare experience is a bonus, not required
  • Executive-grade communication for board and creative teams
