Description

You will lead the introduction of autonomous vehicles at a contract upfitter during rapid production ramp, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure design intent is executed at scale. You'll solve multidisciplinary manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM with 3+ years experience, or Advanced Degree with 2+ years, or 12 years experience in lieu of degree
• Strong communication and coordination skills with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Experience with IATF 16949 or similar quality management systems
• Green Belt certification or experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
• Experience leading Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing launch of new/revised products, establishing goals and training team members
• Monitor timelines, quality, and output to ensure supplier facilities meet requirements
• Communicate progress and findings through verbal and written reports
• Guide supplier-related projects for continuous improvement
• Conduct rapid problem-solving and propose solutions for manufacturing challenges
