Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory/lead experience
• High School degree or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Medium-level technological know-how to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure successful day-to-day lottery processing operations
• Train and oversee a team of Operations Associates
• Serve as first point of contact for escalations including facility issues, product outages, and staffing gaps
• Open or close location following company procedures including security protocols
• Maintain location equipment and escalate issues as needed
