You'll support GTM process execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success at Kaseya, a leading AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software provider. Your core impact will be translating business processes into scalable system workflows and improving CRM adoption and data quality. This role reduces manual execution through automation and standardized processes, acting as a key cross-functional partner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure GTM workflows, automation, and validation rules in CRM
• Translate business process requirements into scalable system workflows
• Partner with GTM Operations, RevOps, and Enablement teams
• Monitor workflow adoption, CRM usage, and process adherence
• Build dashboards to surface adoption trends and execution gaps

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience supporting workflows, automation, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building dashboards and analyzing adoption metrics
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow configuration
• Background partnering with Enablement or Systems teams
