Description

You will lead a team of Risk Operations associates, conducting fraud and policy investigations to protect Stripe's business. You'll set goals, coach team members, drive operational KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in fraud operations, fraud strategy, or financial crime operations
• Experience coaching or leading operations teams and managing performance
• Experience delivering weekly and monthly business metrics and reporting
• Proven subject matter expertise in Risk Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Guide team in performing risk reviews and investigations of merchant accounts
• Manage operational performance to deliver KPIs and report to stakeholders
• Identify process improvements to scale operations and improve user experience
• Manage capacity, scheduling, and work assignment
• Coach and mentor team members, provide performance feedback
