You'll grow patient referrals to Nourish by building relationships with healthcare providers in Howard County, Maryland. Your core impact is expanding access to nutrition care through field engagement and provider partnerships. You'll have autonomy to shape your territory while supported by a fast-moving team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Field engagement**: Meet with providers within driving radius 5 days/week.
• **Prospect** and identify new provider partners.
• **Convert** leads into referral partners for Nourish.
• **Foster** long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff.

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharma/medical device/healthcare).
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory from scratch.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
