You'll lead strategic initiatives across Pinterest's sales systems landscape, driving scalable process and technology solutions. You'll own a portfolio of Salesforce and adjacent sales technologies, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve seller productivity globally. This role offers the chance to shape how Pinterest evaluates and adopts AI capabilities across the sales tech stack for measurable business impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead complex global business systems initiatives across Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Sales Navigator.
  • Own 12-18 month roadmaps for sales process areas and technology domains.
  • Partner with Sales, Ops, IT, Product to define priorities and deliver solutions.
  • Identify and pilot AI use cases across the sales tech stack.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in business systems analysis or sales systems.
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives with strong cross-functional execution.
  • 6+ years hands-on Salesforce or comparable CRM platform experience.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled use cases in sales tech ecosystem.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with sales workflows and go-to-market systems.
  • Experience with Highspot, Gong, Sales Navigator.
  • Background in revenue technology or sales operations.
