  • Engage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct pre-sales discussions
  • Manage sales processes and maintain customer database accuracy
  • Own sales process improvement projects collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Support team with customer onsite visits, offsite meetings, and conferences

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business
  • 2+ years enterprise sales or pre-sales engineering experience
  • Experience in telecommunications industry
