🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily client communications, proactively flagging risks
• Support influencer campaign execution including briefing and timeline tracking
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and creator support

📋 Requirements

• Client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Agency Operations
• Strong understanding of marketing environments, especially influencer marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven ownership mindset with ability to drive tasks to completion
