💼 About This Role

You'll help scale Pinterest's sales organization through effective systems and workflows on the Revenue Tech Innovation team. You'll independently drive system enhancements across Salesforce and other sales tools, improving seller productivity and operational efficiency. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of sales technology and AI in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather requirements and design solutions across Salesforce and sales tools.
• Contribute to projects improving seller workflows and operational efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and recommend improvements.
• Support rollout of AI-driven use cases in the sales tech stack.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience identifying and rolling out AI-driven use cases in sales tech.
• Strong analytical skills translating operational needs into system requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Highspot, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
