You'll act as the liaison between customers and Azul, ensuring the best possible experience from onboarding through their lifetime. You'll lead business reviews, check-in meetings, and drive customer health scores in SFDC. This role offers the chance to work fully remote with a focus on revenue growth and renewals.

  • Execute onboarding sessions for new customers

  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success or related role
  • BS or MS in computer science or related field
  • Demonstrated technical role in software industry
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce/Clari

  • Familiarity with data-driven success metrics
