You'll act as the liaison between customers and Azul, ensuring the best possible experience from onboarding through their lifetime. You'll lead business reviews, check-in meetings, and drive customer health scores in SFDC. This role offers the chance to work fully remote with a focus on revenue growth and renewals.

- Execute onboarding sessions for new customers
- Lead business reviews and check-in meetings

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Customer Success or related role
- BS or MS in computer science or related field
- Demonstrated technical role in software industry
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce/Clari
