Join BAYADA Home Health by Bayhealth to provide compassionate at-home care to patients in the Millsboro, Dagsboro, and Selbyville DE areas. You will follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and collaborate with a supportive team, with flexibility in full-time, part-time, or per diem scheduling.

Requirements

• Current RN license in DE
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits and administer medication, wound care, treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Accurately document care using touch pad tablet
