💼 About This Role

You'll design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes as the first data engineer at Fundraise Up. You'll take full ownership of the data domain and collaborate with analytics, Data Science, and engineering teams. This role stands out for its high autonomy and the opportunity to grow a new data function within a global product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve data platform architecture and storage systems.
• Build reliable ETL/ELT processes and scalable data pipelines.
• Maintain and develop the Data Warehouse.
• Write and optimize queries for MongoDB and ClickHouse.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Data Engineer.
• 5+ years experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, Airflow, Amazon S3, Git, Docker.
• English level B1+.

• Experience with Apache Parquet, MLflow, MongoDB.
