Description

You'll lead property operations, drive sales through personalized tours, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage financial objectives including rent collection and delinquency, all while representing the Bozzuto brand and stepping up when the Property Manager is absent.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management
• Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram) and industry software (YARDI preferred)
• Strong communication skills and sales aptitude
