Description

You will deliver physical therapy services to improve patient function, including evaluation, treatment planning, and goal-directed activities. You'll coordinate programs to help patients achieve their highest functional level, educate caregivers, and supervise aides. Administrative duties and documentation are also part of this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current State Physical Therapy License
• CPR certified or willing to obtain within six months
• One to two years of geriatrics experience preferred
• Strong communication, responsibility, initiative, and honesty

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish goals for improved function
• Plan and implement treatment programs
• Progress patients and adjust interventions based on effectiveness
• Provide caretaker education for therapy carryover
• Complete department and patient documentation within designated timeframe
