Description

You will manage field technicians during construction and installation of battery energy storage systems, perform testing and troubleshooting, and ensure all systems operate per specifications. You'll foster a safety culture, provide training, and interface with OEM field reps.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in electrical or control system commissioning
• Working knowledge of industrial communications, low-voltage systems, and diagnostic tools
• Associate degree or vocational/military training in Electrical or Electronics Technology
• Safety certifications (OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, First Aid, CPR, AED)
• Preferred experience with Medium Voltage switching procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level testing (insulation resistance, continuity, point-to-point verification)
• Act as field supervisor for teams of 2-12 technicians
• Enforce safety culture and compliance with JHA and LOTO programs
• Troubleshoot wiring, sensors, and control hardware issues
• Provide hands-on training to junior and intermediate technicians
