As a Physical Therapist with InHome Therapy, you will provide in-home care to adult and geriatric patients in and around Naples, FL, helping them restore strength, balance, and mobility. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and supportive team.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
