๐ผ About This Role
You'll build the end-to-end enablement strategy for a high-growth Application Security company, owning onboarding, playbooks, and coaching. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to transform customer-facing conversations and drive measurable revenue impact. This high-ownership role blends strategy and execution, from analyzing win/loss data to coaching AEs on live deals.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and run a ramp program for new AEs, SDRs, and CSMs.
- Maintain and refine playbooks: pitch decks, objection handling, battle cards.
- Lead weekly enablement sessions, role-plays, and deal reviews.
- Translate product launches into training and field readiness assets.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying sales role in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of measurable enablement impact (ramp, win rate, attainment).
- Ability to teach MEDDPICC, discovery frameworks, and executive narrative selling.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with skeptical seller audiences.

- Fluency with Command of the Message methodology.
- Instructional design background or formal training certification.
