You'll support the culinary program and drive sales at Sur La Table by inspiring customers through cooking classes and retail engagement. You'll lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet KPIs. This role combines culinary expertise with business acumen in a supportive store environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, train, and coach culinary team members.
  • Deliver engaging cooking classes to drive customer loyalty.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize store sales.
  • Ensure food safety compliance and inventory accuracy.

📋 Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • 1-2 years of kitchen management experience.
  • Valid Food Manager Certification.
  • Ability to stand for up to 4 hours and lift 50 lbs.
