🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and coach the platform team
• Own the platform strategy and roadmap
• Guide architectural decisions for AWS/Kubernetes
• Drive improvements to CI/CD and developer experience

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Proficient in software engineering with hands-on cloud/DevOps experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS
• Background in Platform or SRE roles
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Nest.js, React
