🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and secure relationships with clients across Americas
- Generate revenue and achieve pre-agreed targets on flows, revenues, and profitability
- Hunt for opportunities through direct contact and partners
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-makers
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years in business development or sales in Payments, FinTech, or Banking
- Go-to-Market experience in North America
- Track record of outperforming commercial targets
- Ability to independently source deals in regional financial institutions
