You'll manage and improve Hootsuite's Customer Assurance program, addressing security, privacy, and compliance requests from global customers. You'll collaborate with internal teams and leverage AI-driven automation tools to deliver timely responses. This role supports our Global New Business and Customer Expansion teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage customer assurance review requests and questionnaires
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, Product, and Privacy teams
- Maintain AI-driven response automation tool and Trust Center
- Track program metrics and share data insights with stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- Experience in security, privacy, or compliance role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Leading a high volume support request queue
- Knowledge of content management or automation systems
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Familiarity with CAIQ, SIG, or similar frameworks
