You'll manage and improve Hootsuite's Customer Assurance program, addressing security, privacy, and compliance requests from global customers. You'll collaborate with internal teams and leverage AI-driven automation tools to deliver timely responses. This role supports our Global New Business and Customer Expansion teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage customer assurance review requests and questionnaires
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, Product, and Privacy teams
  • Maintain AI-driven response automation tool and Trust Center
  • Track program metrics and share data insights with stakeholders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in security, privacy, or compliance role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Leading a high volume support request queue
  • Knowledge of content management or automation systems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Familiarity with CAIQ, SIG, or similar frameworks
