💼 About This Role

You'll be a key legal adviser for Xapo Bank's UK expansion, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting product rollouts. You'll manage regulatory applications and advise on banking and crypto compliance. This role offers full remote work within the UK.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage UK regulatory applications.
• Advise on structuring and compliance of new product rollouts.
• Monitor and interpret UK legal and regulatory changes.
• Assess and implement standards for consumer duty and financial promotions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years PQE in financial services legal roles.
• UK qualified lawyer with knowledge of UK regulations.
• Experience with regulatory applications for fintechs in banking/payments/crypto.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide commercial advice.
