You will own Recidiviz's narrative across owned and earned channels, building a content engine that shapes how the world perceives their work. You'll uncover success stories, translate them into impactful assets, and manage a targeted PR and speaking engagement strategy to drive mission impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing or strategic communications
• Master storyteller with a strategist's eye for reputation
• Experience in building content engines and managing earned media
• Ability to interview users and translate insights into assets
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Own editorial calendar and execute content strategy to shift brand perceptions
• Build internal infrastructure to surface impact stories and package into case studies, blog posts, and whitepapers
• Identify and evaluate press and award opportunities to reach specific audiences
• Partner with Product Marketing to build library of state case studies
• Ghostwrite thought leadership content for executives
