💼 About This Role

You'll join a rapidly growing software consultancy as an Outbound SDR, proactively generating new sales leads and qualifying opportunities. You'll work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive attendance for webinars and set meetings for conferences. This remote role offers flexible hours and generous PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively generate new sales leads using HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify prospect needs and qualify leads for sales executives
• Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in the SaaS industry
• Track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Experience as a first responder
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
