You'll provide telephone-based support to Affiliates and Merchants across NMI's payment products, ensuring a high level of customer service. You'll also contribute to internal projects and help improve the customer experience within a fast-growing FinTech company.

- Onboard new and existing customer accounts
- Train customers on onboarding reporting tools
- Support internal colleagues with product queries
