You'll lead a team of 5-10 Managers and Analysts in designing and optimizing retail media campaigns across the Amazon Ads Ecosystem. You will act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for retail media, driving innovation and meaningful client outcomes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as subject matter expert for Amazon and retail media for senior clients
  • Lead a team of 5-10 Managers and Analysts across Kepler's functional teams
  • Provide strategic guidance on Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and tactic selection
  • Collaborate with Data Strategy team to deliver actionable insights

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in retail media
  • Hands-on execution in Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams directly and indirectly
  • Management of large product catalogs (ASIN or item-level)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience activating retail media through Criteo
  • Familiarity with Pacvue or Skai
  • Strong analytical skills with MS Excel
