🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery through optimization
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Growth, and Regulatory teams
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in product management
• Proven success in leading product strategy in complex environments
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-based platforms and digital ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Figma

• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent)
• Experience in highly regulated environments
