You'll join XP Inc.'s Segmentos team to design Open Finance value propositions and client journeys. You'll drive initiatives that transform how XP serves its clients, connecting product, channel, and technology teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze client data to assess revenue and margin by channel, product, and profile.
• Define Open Finance strategy for XP and end clients.
• Design client journeys and value propositions for the tool.
• Support implementation of segment strategies and track KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• Analytical profile with experience in planning or business unit management.
• Financial knowledge: ability to work with P&L and business cases.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Stakeholder articulation across multiple teams.
