🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit members within assigned geographic area
• Conduct review of systems and vital signs
• Perform diagnostics labs and screenings
• Formulate list of current and past medical conditions

📋 Requirements

• Valid unencumbered Georgia RN license
• 3 years of patient care experience
• Strong empathy and compassion for patients
• Exceptional communication skills
