💼 About This Role

You'll join Fullstory's Strategic Account team to drive growth by adding new enterprise customers and expanding existing relationships. You'll own an enterprise territory, build multi-threaded relationships, and run value-based technical demonstrations with internal teams. The role offers flexibility with remote work from anywhere in Australia and competitive compensation with significant earning potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own an Enterprise territory for business development and client engagement
  • Craft long-term plans for acquiring and growing accounts
  • Prospect via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and personal network
  • Manage multiple internal and external relationships to drive business

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years selling SaaS to Enterprise Product, Data, or Engineering teams
  • Track record of annual quota attainment over $2M AUD
  • Experience multithreading and building relationships in enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to source and qualify net-new business and drive expansion

  • Experience running value-based technical demonstrations
  • Experience with AI solutions to automate workflows
