Description

You will take end-to-end ownership of features across the full stack, from requirement shaping to production deployment, building customer-facing GRC capabilities and platform services that help organizations manage risk and compliance at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional software engineering experience with full stack delivery
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end with accountability for quality and outcomes
• Strong software design fundamentals including API design and data modeling
• Ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from understanding requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release stability
• Deliver across full stack including Angular frontend, .NET and Python backend, and PostgreSQL/SQL Server data layer
• Write clean, testable code and take personal responsibility for quality
• Participate in code review to raise team standards
• Mentor less experienced engineers through code review and design discussions
