🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans with sales and partners.

• Drive account-based marketing programs for key accounts.
• Track budgets, lead flow, and results against goals.

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of field marketing and demand generation in B2B tech.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Proven ability to advise sales leadership.
• Experience executing multi-touch event and demand gen programs.
