You'll be a key member of the Total Rewards team at Couchbase, administering and managing global employee benefits programs. Your work will ensure our benefits remain competitive, compliant, and clearly communicated to all employees. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer global benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
• Process, audit, and submit monthly benefits invoices
• Serve as employee resource for complex benefits questions
• Manage open enrollment including system configuration and employee education
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA) and international requirements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of global benefits administration experience
• In-depth knowledge of US and non-US benefits regulations
• Proven experience managing open enrollment and benefits enrollment systems
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UKG HRIS platform
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Strong communication skills
