You'll work directly with stakeholders to provide strategic consultation and success planning while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for 25-35 enterprise customers
• Own full customer journey from onboarding to measurable outcomes
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews identifying opportunities and risks
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years working with enterprise customers in customer success or consulting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using quantitative data
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
