You'll join the Operations/Backoffice team focusing on digital assets and crypto, ensuring reconciliation, settlement, and controls with precision and security. Your work will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our crypto offerings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure reconciliation, settlement, and controls for digital asset operations
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve operational discrepancies
• Contribute to process design, optimization, and automation
• Serve as technical reference for digital asset operations within the team

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Backoffice or Middle Office at financial institutions or crypto exchanges
• Proven work with reconciliation, settlement, and operational controls
• End-to-end process analysis skills to identify risks and propose improvements
• Knowledge of digital assets, crypto, and blockchain

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at crypto exchanges or digital asset native companies
• Data analysis skills (advanced Excel, basic SQL, dashboards/BI)
• Certifications in finance, crypto, or blockchain
