💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This role offers a chance to grow your leadership skills in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and close out the register.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Support inventory organization and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
