You'll build the entire direct sales motion from the ground up for an AI-powered SMS and voice platform in the performance marketing space. Every account you close is yours to onboard, expand, and grow, giving you full ownership of the customer relationship. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close
• Farm accounts: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
• Set up sales tech stack including CRM, outreach sequences, playbooks
• Refine ICP and pitch based on market feedback
• Feed customer insights into product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in performance marketing ecosystem
• Proven track record as a hunter opening doors and closing deals
• Experience with 2-month sales cycles and $5k-$30k MRR deals
• Willingness to farm and grow accounts beyond closing
