💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the CEO's right hand, owning strategic planning and special projects during hyper-growth. You'll turn big ideas into structured workstreams and remove blockers for the leadership team. This role is based in San Francisco while the CEO is in NY.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as thought partner and CEO-extension in San Francisco
• Support go-to-market initiatives, conferences, and speaking engagements
• Run exec staff meetings and publish company-wide updates
• Drive quarterly/annual planning and track execution across teams

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company
• Proven ability to move from high-level strategy to execution
• Very strong communication skills and executive presence
• Super attention to detail and crisp business writing

• MBA preferred
• Low-ego collaborator comfortable influencing senior leaders
• Passion for fintech, fraud prevention, or compliance software
